NOWCAP Services provides innovative services to people with developmental disabilities and brain injuries throughout Wyoming and currently has offices in Casper, Cody, Worland and Rock Springs.  The quality of care, the individualized programs and the organizational philosophy provide participants a framework to develop a sense of purpose in their lives which brings joy and hope for what their future holds.
