NOWCAP
Services provides a variety of services to persons with disabilities
to meet individual needs of those we serve. Using a holistic
approach, NOWCAP services focuses on providing and improving
services that enhance personal dignity, increase opportunities,
support individual empowerment, and assure the opportunity for
involvement of a disabled individual’s family, friends,
advocate, and the general public. Services provided include:
• Community Living Services
• Case Management
• Day Programs
• Skilled Nursing Services
NOWCAP Services operates the Career Brokers and Community Pathways
at separate locations
Our Career Brokers Program offers not only real avenues to successful
job placement, but development and attainment of career goals
to bring real satisfaction.
Community Pathways provides comprehensive participant-directed services to
people with acquired brain injuries to assist in rehabilitation
and transitioning to rewarding and meaningful life paths.
NOWCAP Services had met the standard of excellence established
by CARF since 1986. NOWCAP Services had made a commitment to
continuous quality improvement so that service excellence is
